How long will it take to build my Cerberus?
Build times vary based on the options you select. Guitars with more elaborate options can take longer than instruments with more basic options. Generally, build times for guitars can range from 10 – 12 weeks, but it could be less or more.

How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
50% of the base cost ($3,000) plus any extra options you select. The deposit is non-refundable prior to completion.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
There are no changes allowed to an order once the order has been placed. Please be sure of your Cerberus options prior to submitting your order. There is a 20% restocking fee for orders cancelled prior to customer’s receipt of the guitar.

When does the rest of the order total become payable?
The rest of your order total becomes payable when your guitar is ready to ship. You will receive an invoice via e-mail for the remainder of your total that you can then pay for on our website.

What happens if I don’t pay for the remainder?
Full payment is required prior to your guitar shipping. If your order is not paid in full within 30 days of completion, it will be sold as an in stock item on consignment. Once sold, you will then be reimbursed your deposit minus the initial 20% restocking fee.

What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted within 10 (ten) days of receiving your guitar, and it must be in LIKE NEW condition with no scratches, blemishes, or damaged in any way. NO EXCEPTIONS. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
